“Eros Redeemed: Breaking the Stranglehold of Sexual Sin” by John White; InterVarsity, 1993 ” … gets at the heart of God’s redemption in our sexual lives … a book of hope in a sexually confused age.” –Gladys Hunt, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

“Generation to Generation” by Edwin H. Friedman; Guildford Press, 1986 ” … a must for pastors to sort out life–theirs and others! It’s a ‘lifer book’ to keep on ‘the top 25.'” –Dennis N. Baker, general director, CBAmerica.

“Healing the Wounded:The Costly Love of Church Discipline”  by John White & Ken Blue; InterVarsity, 1992 ” … the most loving, practical, and biblical book I know on the subject.”–Donald L. Bubna.

“Intended for Pleasure” by Ed and Gaye Wheat; Baker, 1981 “Specific advice on sex in marriage.” –Haddon Robinson, Professor of Preaching, Gordon-***Conwell Theological Seminary.

“Loving Your Marriage Enough to Protect It” by Jerry B. Jenkins; Moody, 1993 ” … shows us what ‘prevention’ looks like in marriage.” –Donald L. Bubna.

“The Myth of the Greener Grass” by J. Allan Petersen; Tyndale House, 1991 “A practical and biblical approach to extramarital affairs–tender but tough.” –Warren Wiersbe, writer and conference speaker living in Lincoln, Nebraska.

“Perils of Power”  by Richard Exley; Honor Books, 1988 “Adultery is looked at as a spiritual problem but also seen as more than that.” –Haddon Robinson.

“Setting Love in Order–Hope and Healing for the Homosexual” by Mario Bergner; Baker, 1995 ” … provides insights for other ministers on guiding men out of a homosexual lifestyle and into a productive relationship with Christ.” –Marlene LeFever, manager of curriculum services, Cook Communications Ministries.
